Leadership

Caitlyn K. Bradburn, MPH
Caitlyn K. Bradburn, MPH, is the founder and principal of Caitlyn Bradburn Consulting, Inc.
Caitlyn is a public health practitioner, facilitator, and curriculum designer with more than 25 years of experience supporting health systems and frontline workers globally.
Experience
Her path into public health began in Mozambique, where she was teaching at a vocational school during the early years of the HIV epidemic. As friends, students, and colleagues were impacted by a virus, with few tools to fight it, Caitlyn began leading informal health education sessions with the adult students at the vocational school. She blended her background in adult education with a growing sense of urgency to support access to care. That experience shaped her decision to pursue her studies in public health and commit to work that centered community needs, equity, and social justice.
Throughout her career, Caitlyn has remained focused on the people and communities often left at the margins. She works to break down barriers to care and amplify the efforts of community-based health workers. Much of her work has taken place in complex or crisis-affected settings, including during responses to HIV, Ebola, and COVID-19. In each of these settings, she has helped teams stay grounded, collaborative, and adaptable under pressure.
She has partnered with organizations such as the CDC, UNICEF, Resolve to Save Lives, Partners In Health, PATH, and ICAP to develop training programs, lead retreats, support team well-being, and design strategies rooted in local priorities. Her approach is centered on humility, listening, and co-creation.
Caitlyn started this business in 2016 and has built a practice that reflects her core commitments: equity, solidarity, curiosity, and people-centered work. Caitlyn has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, thoughtful work with warmth, clarity, flexibility, and integrity. She is known for her facilitation style: dynamic but humble, structured yet adaptable, and always in service of the people doing the work on the frontlines.
Caitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington. She is based in the U.S. and works globally.

Meet the Team

Cora P. Nally, PhD(c), MPH
Cora is a seasoned public health leader who specializes in health systems strengthening and humanitarian crisis response.
Her 20 years of experience spans the globe, addressing complex challenges with strategic leadership, resilience, and compassionate action.
Experience
Her career in global health began in Benin, where she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer during a time of growing public health need. That experience—working directly with communities to identify challenges and co-create solutions—set the foundation for a career grounded in partnership, equity, and action.
Cora has led emergency responses to some of the most complex humanitarian crises of the past decade. Most recently, she oversaw operations in response to the Gaza humanitarian crisis, flooding in Libya, and earthquakes in Haiti, Pakistan, Türkiye, Syria, and the Philippines. She has also directed large-scale response and recovery efforts after Hurricane Dorian in 2019 in the Bahamas. In each of these contexts, she was responsible for deploying and managing emergency medical teams, restoring access to essential health services, providing community-based mental health support, and coordinating the delivery of critical medicines and relief supplies.
In addition to her field-based work, Cora has served as a technical advisor and project manager in Kenya and Georgia, supporting public health program implementation and strengthening local systems. She has worked to improve medical capacity through mentorship-based training and has supported initiatives that expand educational opportunities and sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Her work spans partnerships with government ministries, international NGOs, and local actors to ensure humanitarian responses are effective, equitable, and rooted in community priorities
Cora is completing her doctoral research, which focuses on the role of structured Community Health Worker (CHW) programs in strengthening health system resilience during crises.
She holds a Master of Public Health and is completing her PhD in Public Health at Ghent University. She is based in the U.S. and West Africa and works globally.
