Curriculum Design & Training Development
We create training materials that help people learn what they need to do their jobs well. Whether it’s about newborn care, HIV, or managing supplies, we ensure the content is clear, practical, and tailored to the people using it.
Developed a 30-part training series to support neonatal care teams. Tested and refined the curriculum with experienced providers in Nepal to make sure it worked in real clinical settings.
Created neonatal training tools for clinical trainers, focused on making care more responsive to families and infants. Piloted with providers in Nepal to ensure real-world relevance.
Designed a training module on screening for gender-based violence, created for South African clinicians working in resource-limited and high-stress settings.
Helped assess supply chain gaps at 150+ health facilities across Rwanda and developed recommendations to improve access to essential medicines.
Workforce Training & Capacity Strengthening
We help public health teams build skills and confidence. From online courses to in-person workshops, we design and lead trainings that are interactive, supportive, and useful right away.
Facilitated strategic retreats and team sessions for senior CDC staff to clarify priorities, strengthen collaboration, and help teams work more effectively.
Led interactive, virtual training sessions for more than 500 USAID staff globally. Helped participants build skills in M&E, program design, and inclusive leadership.
Leadership & Management Development
We support teams and leaders as they figure out how to work better together. We run retreats, coaching sessions, and trainings to help people lead with clarity, build trust, and manage challenges.
Designed and led leadership retreats and coaching sessions to support stronger communication, clearer decision-making, and more cohesive teams across CDC branches.
Led a wide range of workforce initiatives, including mental health and food access training, and support for community health workers. Programs were tailored to meet the needs of teams working in complex, resource-limited settings.
Supported the delivery of a global online course for 500+ learners, focusing on practical leadership tools for public health professionals working across sectors and settings.
Helped deliver a certificate program for lab leaders and managers across the Middle East and North Africa, combining technical learning with leadership and communication skills.
Community Health Worker Training & Support
We believe Community Health Care Workers (CHWs) are essential to public health, and we love working with them. We design training programs and support tools that reflect their real-life work; always practical, respectful, and rooted in community.
Created a national training program for Indonesia’s CHWs, using a life-course approach that connects care across different stages of life and health.
Designed a localized training program for CHWs in Somalia focused on preventing and managing non-communicable diseases. Held a series of focus group discussions with CHWs to ensure the curriculum reflected their priorities, challenges, and real-world needs.
Developed easy-to-use training materials for CHWs and providers in Kenya, focusing on cervical cancer screening and HIV prevention.
Delivered a virtual training for a team of CHWs on essentials like COVID-19 response, WASH practices, and community health basics.
Established a network of 20+ Community Health Volunteers in eight communities after the hurricane, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and UNFPA.
Supported Madagascar’s community health workforce by training providers to track and improve access to family planning services and supplies.
Health Systems Strengthening in Emergency & Crisis Settings
In crises, strong systems make all the difference. We’ve helped teams respond to emergencies by training quickly, adjusting plans on the fly, and staying focused on what communities need most.
Created a global eLearning course to help public health teams detect and respond to outbreaks more quickly. The training has been used in over 10 countries and supports the growing 7-1-7 movement.
Led training during multiple public health emergencies, including COVID-19 and Ebola. Helped teams pivot fast, stay connected under pressure, and deliver care in complex, evolving situations.
Delivered CHW training and health access support after Hurricane Dorian. Worked with community partners to respond to urgent health needs in storm-affected areas.
HIV Prevention and Treatment
We’ve spent years working on HIV prevention and treatment. We have experience from youth programs to provider training. Our focus is on making sure information is accurate, easy to understand, and supportive of the people who need it.
Created a toolkit for caregivers and health workers to support children learning to take antiretroviral medications, including counseling cards and job aids.
Trained 100+ healthcare workers on adolescent-friendly HIV prevention and helped launch youth-led initiatives country-wide.
Built a practical training module to help clinicians introduce ED-PrEP to their patients.
Designed and led HIV education and peer educator programs that reached thousands of young people with engaging, stigma-free information.
Developed easy-to-follow training tools to help clinicians adopt Dolutegravir in their treatment of HIV.
Mental Health, Substance Use & Psychosocial Support
We design training and support programs that help health workers care for people facing mental health or substance use challenges. We also help teams care for their own well-being, especially when the work gets hard.
Created trauma-informed training materials for health workers, CHWs, and social workers responding to the mental health needs of their communities. The training materials informed the development of a mental health system of care.
Developed a comprehensive training package to help frontline health workers recognize and respond to mental health conditions using culturally relevant approaches.
Created a 30+ module program to train peers in delivering support for substance use challenges.
