Is This You?
Over the years, we’ve partnered with community-based programs, large international NGOs, Ministries of Health, and donor-funded initiatives. Our work has spanned HIV, mental health, outbreak response, leadership development, and more.
While we didn’t set out to specialize in any one thing, a few themes have stayed constant: we love helping teams move from confusion to clarity, and we thrive in moments that require quick thinking, trust-building, and action.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of clients we work best with. Not seeing yourself here? You’re still in the right place. We are always curious about new ideas, shifting needs, and unexpected collaborations. We welcome new ideas, evolving needs, and the chance to co-create something meaningful, especially if it doesn’t fit neatly into a box. We are always open to conversations that start with: “We’re not sure what this looks like yet, but…”
Let’s Have a ConversationWho We Support: Leaders, Innovators, and Teams Driving Public Health Forward
The Emergency Response Team That Knows CHWs Are Key
You’re responding to a public health emergency or disaster and need to quickly activate community health workers for case finding, education, or care. But your team doesn’t have deep roots in the community, and CHWs do.
What you need:
A clear, fast, trusted strategy to train CHWs and build buy-in on the ground.
How we help:
We can lead rapid training and help translate complex guidance into clear action. We support trust-building, quick adaptation, and community ownership from the start.
The Innovator Building Something New (and Fast)
You’re launching something from scratch—a bold new goal, framework, or approach—and you need a thought partner who can help shape it in real time.
What you need:
Someone who’s okay with starting messy, moving fast, and evolving along the way.
How we Help:
We bring structure to uncertainty and energy to new ideas. We help you design, test, and refine as you go, and we don’t flinch when the plan changes.
The Leader Who Needs a High-Impact Retreat
You lead a team and need to bring everyone together, whether virtually or in person, to realign, reconnect, and leave with clear next steps.
What you need:
A retreat or session that’s well-designed, engaging, and focused on getting things done.
How we help:
We create and facilitate retreats that balance strategy and team-building, helping your group make decisions, surface ideas, and strengthen working relationships.
The Team Working in HIV – Anywhere Along the Continuum
You’re involved in HIV prevention, care, treatment, or advocacy. You need someone who understands the space and can support training, strategy, or implementation.
What you need:
Up-to-date, equity-driven support that’s grounded in experience, not guesswork.
How we help:
We’ve been working in this space since 2000. HIV is what brought us into public health. We bring practical training design, clear communication, and deep respect for the people at the heart of this work.

These are just a few more ways we can collaborate
The Team Rolling Out a New Training Initiative
You’ve got a new guideline, priority area, or program that needs to be rolled out, across teams, regions, or countries, and it needs to land well.
What you need:
A training approach that’s practical, engaging, and adaptable for different audiences.
How we help:
We design clear, accessible learning tools that translate technical guidance into something people can actually use. We support testing, feedback, and iteration to make sure it sticks.
The Team That Needs a Strong Facilitator
You’re launching something from scratch—a bold new goal, framework, or approach—and you need a thought partner who can help shape it in real time.
What you need:
A facilitator who can hold space, move things forward, and help your people feel heard and energized.
How we Help:
We’ve facilitated everything from high-stakes strategy sessions to cross-cultural planning workshops. We keep it structured, human, and focused on real outcomes.
The Leader Who Needs a Thought Partner (Not a Therapist)
You are a smart, mission-driven public health leader who’s juggling a lot, maybe managing a team, navigating uncertainty, or feeling stuck in what’s next. You don’t need formal coaching or therapy. You need someone who understands the work, asks good questions, and helps you figure out your plan.
What you need:
A steady, strategic sounding board. Someone who can help you think out loud, sort ideas, and move forward, without judgment, jargon, or needing to explain the basics of public health.
How we help:
We’ve worked in complex, messy, high-pressure public health spaces for 25+ years. We bring calm, curiosity, and a whole lot of listening. We help you pause, reflect, and make grounded decisions, whether you need one session or a few. It’s not therapy. It’s not a productivity hack. It’s a thoughtful space to think clearly and move forward.
The Team With Unique Challenges (That Don’t Fit the Box)
Your needs don’t neatly align with typical categories—you have a shifting need, a wide-open question, or a completely new challenge. You’re looking for someone who can help you navigate uncertainty and transform ambiguity into actionable steps.
What you need:
A collaborative partner who listens carefully, quickly understands your context, and can adapt flexibly to changing situations. Someone ready to jump in, even if your goal or path forward isn’t fully clear yet.
How we help:
We thrive on tackling novel challenges, exploring new ideas, and crafting tailored solutions. Our best work often emerges from moments of uncertainty, evolving needs, and conversations that begin with “We’re not exactly sure what this looks like yet.” We help you move confidently from “we’re stuck” to “here’s what’s next.”
Don’t See Yourself Here?
